Prop Firms Without Consistency Rules
Compare prop firm programs without consistency rules across evaluation, funded and payout stages, with official sources and dated verification.
A “prop firm without a consistency rule” is only a meaningful description when the program, account stage and reward cycle are named. One company may omit a best-day restriction from its two-step challenge while applying one to its one-step product or funded payouts. This page therefore classifies individual program configurations, not entire brands.

Short answer: Three records met our inclusion standard in the official sources reviewed on September 2, 2026: FTMO Challenge 2-Step, FundedNext Stellar 2-Step on its standard configuration, and E8 Pro Forex/Crypto. This finding does not extend to every product sold by those companies and must be checked again before purchase.

Sources last reviewed: September 2, 2026. Program names, add-ons, reward cycles and rules can change without notice to MyFxKit. This page is not financial advice, an endorsement or a payout guarantee.
Scope: This collection identifies programs with no stated best-day, profit-concentration or consistency restriction at the relevant stages. Read our prop firm consistency rule guide for definitions and formulas. This page does not rank overall trust or declare a universally best firm. Inclusion and conflict standards appear in the MyFxKit methodology and editorial policy.
Verified prop firm programs without consistency rules

| Firm and program | Evaluation stage | Funded or performance stage | MyFxKit status | Critical qualification |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FTMO Challenge 2-Step | No Best Day objective stated for this program | No Best Day objective stated for the FTMO Account 2-Step | Eligible | Do not confuse it with FTMO 1-Step, which has a 50% Best Day Rule |
| FundedNext Stellar 2-Step, standard configuration | No consistency restriction stated in the published challenge rules | No consistency restriction stated in the standard funded-rules table | Eligible with configuration caveat | An add-on or alternative reward configuration may change the payout conditions |
| E8 Pro Forex/Crypto | Official source explicitly states no consistency rule | Official source explicitly states no consistency rule | Eligible | E8 One and E8 Signature have different performance-stage conditions |
“Not stated” does not mean we searched a homepage for one phrase. MyFxKit reviews the product page, evaluation objectives, subsequent-account rules and payout requirements separately. If an official source is silent about a stage, or two current pages conflict, the program moves to “needs verification” until the ambiguity is resolved.
How a program qualifies for this collection
A record must satisfy all of these conditions:
- The exact product and account model are identifiable.
- Every evaluation stage and the funded stage have been reviewed separately.
- No Best Day, Consistency Score, profit-concentration limit or equivalent restriction applies at the relevant stage.
- The selected reward cycle or add-on does not introduce a new consistency condition.
- At least one accessible official source and a review date are recorded.
- Conflicting official information moves the record out of the confirmed list.
This approach differs from listing brand names. The MyFxKit prop firm database may contain several products from one firm, but each product needs a separate rule record. Other program-specific datasets appear in our prop firm collections.
Brand, program, stage and configuration are different fields

| Level | Question to ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Brand | Does the company sell several account models? | One product’s rules cannot be applied to every product |
| Program | Is this the one-step, two-step or instant model? | The percentage—or the existence of the rule—may change |
| Stage | Is this evaluation, verification or funded? | A restriction may activate only when passing or requesting a reward |
| Configuration | Is this the standard cycle, on-demand cycle or an add-on? | A buyer’s selection may introduce an additional condition |
A statement such as “Firm X has no consistency rule” is incomplete unless the product and stage are named. The precise support question is:
Does [exact product name] have any Best Day, Consistency Score or profit-concentration restriction during [each evaluation stage] or on [the funded account and selected reward cycle]?
Support should connect its answer to an official rule page. A cropped chat screenshot without the program name, date and underlying rule is not first-tier evidence.
1. FTMO Challenge 2-Step
FTMO currently separates its one-step and two-step objectives on its official Trading Objectives page. The 50% Best Day Rule is described for the FTMO Challenge 1-Step and FTMO Account 1-Step. In the two-step section, the published objectives cover the profit target, Maximum Daily Loss, Maximum Loss and Minimum Trading Days without listing a Best Day objective.
The dedicated FTMO Challenge 2-Step page publishes a 10% Phase 1 target, 5% Verification target, 5% maximum daily loss, 10% maximum loss, four minimum trading days and an unlimited trading period. In the version reviewed, MyFxKit classifies the Challenge, Verification and subsequent FTMO Account 2-Step as having no stated consistency rule.
FTMO classification limits
- This result is only for FTMO 2-Step.
- FTMO 1-Step does not qualify for this collection.
- Exceeding 50% on 1-Step is not described as an immediate breach, but passing or reward eligibility remains blocked until the ratio falls within the limit.
- Removing a consistency condition does not remove drawdown rules or prohibited-practice controls.
The accurate statement is not “FTMO has no consistency rule.” It is: FTMO 2-Step has no Best Day objective in the reviewed rules; FTMO 1-Step does.
2. FundedNext Stellar 2-Step on the standard configuration
FundedNext’s official Stellar 2-Step rules describe the 5% Daily Loss Limit, 10% Maximum Loss Limit and other challenge requirements without stating a best-day percentage or consistency score for the evaluation.
The official FundedNext CFD product page separates Challenge Rules from Funded & Reward Rules. In the standard Stellar 2-Step configuration reviewed, the funded table publishes loss limits, reward share, withdrawal timing, news-profit treatment and a maximum-risk condition without listing a Best Day or Consistency requirement.
MyFxKit gives this record the status “eligible with configuration caveat.” The product, reward schedule and any add-on shown at checkout must match the standard table. A selectable option with different payout conditions is a separate configuration and does not inherit this result.
FundedNext classification limits
- The result covers the standard Stellar 2-Step CFD configuration.
- It does not automatically cover Futures or newly introduced models.
- Marketing language such as “for consistent traders” is not a numerical consistency rule.
- News-profit, risk and prohibited-strategy rules remain independent restrictions.
3. E8 Pro Forex and E8 Pro Crypto
E8 provides the most explicit evidence in this review. Its official consistency-rule answer states that no consistency rule applies during the SimFi Challenge stage for any Forex or Crypto product, and that E8 Pro has no consistency rule in the SimFi Performance stage.
The official E8 Pro page describes a one-step challenge and directly lists “No consistency rule” as a product feature. E8’s separate E8 Pro payout guide also states that the Performance stage has no payout cap or consistency rule and permits daily payout requests.
E8 classification limits
- The record covers E8 Pro Forex and E8 Pro Crypto.
- It must not be extended to E8 One or E8 Signature.
- No consistency rule does not authorize all-or-nothing risk, cross-account hedging, tick scalping or another prohibited practice.
- Unlimited trading time is different from inactivity; the account must remain active under the applicable rules.
Programs intentionally excluded from the confirmed list

| Program | Current finding | Why it is not in the fully eligible list |
|---|---|---|
| FTMO 1-Step | 50% Best Day Rule | The rule applies to the one-step challenge and account |
| The5ers 2-Step Plan | No consistency rule in evaluation; 50% on funded | Only the evaluation is unrestricted |
| FundingPips 2-Step Standard | 35% score on specified reward cycles | Classification depends on the reward cycle |
| FundingPips 2-Step Flex | Launch page says no rule; current objectives present different information | The current official-source conflict must be resolved first |
| E8 One or E8 Signature | Challenge has no consistency rule; Performance follows other payout-on-demand rules | E8 Pro’s result cannot be transferred to these products |
The official The5ers 2-Step rules show why stage separation matters: there is no consistency rule in the evaluation phases, but a 50% consistency requirement applies after the trader receives the funded account. The program may suit someone who only wants an unrestricted evaluation, but it does not qualify as end-to-end consistency-free.
The FundingPips 2-Step Standard rules demonstrate how reward-cycle selection can change the result by applying a 35% Consistency Score to specified cycles. Meanwhile, the firm’s 2-Step Flex launch page markets that product as having no consistency rule, while current objectives expose different funded-stage conditions. MyFxKit will not confirm the record until the active rules and an official clarification agree.
Does “no 30% rule” mean no consistency rule?
Not necessarily. A program may omit a 30% limit but apply 35%, 40% or 50%. It may also measure the largest trade rather than the best day, or use positive-days profit instead of net account profit as the denominator.
A common formula is:
Consistency percentage = best-day profit ÷ total profit × 100
FTMO 1-Step, however, compares the best day with the sum of Positive Days’ Profit. Negative days do not reduce that denominator in the same way they reduce net profit. The trader must identify the denominator, trading-day cutoff and applicable stage before using the MyFxKit consistency calculator.
Is exceeding the consistency percentage always a breach?
No. Three common outcomes are:
- Passing condition: the evaluation remains incomplete until the ratio is corrected.
- Reward condition: the account remains active, but a payout cannot be requested yet.
- Hard breach: exceeding the threshold can terminate the account.
The consequence wording is as important as the percentage. Seeing “30%” or “50%” alone does not establish whether an account is breached. MyFxKit records rules by consequence in the prop firm rules center.
What no consistency rule does not remove
A consistency-free program may still enforce:
- Maximum Daily Loss and overall drawdown;
- static, equity-based or trailing drawdown;
- minimum trading days or profitable days;
- per-trade or simultaneous-risk limits;
- restricted news windows;
- cross-account hedging, arbitrage and copy-trading controls;
- payout caps, minimum rewards or waiting periods;
- inactivity and account-expiration rules.
Removing a Best Day rule can help strategies with naturally uneven returns, but tighter drawdown or an unsuitable reward schedule may matter more. Check breach levels with the drawdown calculator and open exposure with the FLR calculator before buying.
MyFxKit verification workflow

Every program moves through this process:
- Record the current product name, model and market.
- Extract rules for every evaluation phase from official sources.
- Check Verification or the second phase separately.
- Read the funded or Performance account rules.
- Inspect payout terms for Best Day, Consistency and profit concentration.
- Compare optional reward cycles and add-ons with the standard configuration.
- Record conflicts among the sales page, help center and contractual terms.
- Publish the classification with a date and direct source links.
If an official page disappears, the product name changes or a new source conflicts with the previous result, the record moves from “verified” to “needs verification.” User reports can trigger a review, but do not replace official terms.
Submit the product link, screenshot and observation date through report a correction. Material revisions are recorded in the MyFxKit changelog.
Pre-purchase checklist
- Record the exact product instead of only the brand.
- Identify whether it is a CFD, Futures, Forex or Crypto account.
- Read every evaluation-phase rule separately.
- Review the funded-account and payout pages independently.
- Search for Best Day, Consistency, Profit Concentration and Largest Day.
- Identify the profit denominator and trading-day cutoff.
- Compare the selected reward cycle and add-ons with the standard model.
- Determine the consequence: delayed passing, blocked payout or breach.
- Review drawdown, news, risk and prohibited-practice rules too.
- Save the dated official rules available on purchase day.
- Obtain a written, product-specific clarification where necessary.
- Reconcile the checkout configuration with the program you researched.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best prop firm without a consistency rule?
There is no universal winner. FTMO 2-Step, standard Stellar 2-Step and E8 Pro met this page’s consistency-rule threshold, but their drawdown, pricing, jurisdictional access, platforms, payouts and permitted strategies differ. Choose the program that fits the complete trading workflow.
Does FTMO have a consistency rule?
It depends on the program. FTMO’s current 2-Step objectives do not state a Best Day Rule, while FTMO 1-Step applies a 50% Best Day Rule. The brand name alone is not a sufficient answer.
Can I pass in one day if there is no consistency rule?
Not necessarily. Minimum trading days, review processes, profit targets and conduct rules still apply. A program can have no consistency limit while requiring four or five trading days.
Does a consistency rule only apply during evaluation?
No. It may apply only to evaluation, only to the funded account, only at payout, or across several stages. The5ers 2-Step, for example, publishes no rule for evaluation but a 50% funded-account requirement.
Does exceeding the best-day limit breach the account?
Not always. Some programs only delay passing or reward eligibility until total profit rises; others may impose a hard consequence. Read the official consequence for the exact product.
Why has MyFxKit excluded a firm another list calls consistency-free?
That list may have classified a brand instead of a program, checked only the evaluation, ignored a reward-cycle condition or missed a recent change. MyFxKit requires funded and payout-stage verification for full eligibility.
Are the listed programs available to Iranian traders?
This collection classifies consistency rules only. It does not guarantee country access. Nationality, residence, KYC and payout eligibility require a separate, current review.
Conclusion
A reliable list of prop firms without consistency rules must be program-specific, stage-specific and dated. In the September 2, 2026 review, FTMO 2-Step, FundedNext Stellar 2-Step on its standard configuration, and E8 Pro Forex/Crypto met this collection’s threshold.
The finding is not permanent. Recheck the evaluation, funded, payout and checkout pages before purchase. When one program has no consistency rule, never transfer that characteristic to the firm’s other products; that shortcut can be the difference between a suitable purchase and a blocked reward.
