Plain-English terms covering what MyFxKit is, what you can and can't do with our data and design, and the limits of our liability. Use of the site means you've read and agreed to this.
MyFxKit is an independent comparison and information service for proprietary trading firms. We are not a prop firm, broker, financial adviser, or introducing partner. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The terms below set the boundary between what we publish, what you can do with it, and what we are not on the hook for. They apply to every visitor and persist with every version of the site.
What MyFxKit does and doesn't do
MyFxKit centralises and standardises information about proprietary trading firms so traders can compare challenges side by side. We publish data, scoring models (including the TC Score), and editorial commentary. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, give investment advice, or have any contractual relationship with the firms we list.
The firms in our comparison table are listed solely so traders can track and compare prop challenges across the market. Listing is not endorsement. We make no representation that any firm is solvent, regulated, or will honour its terms.
Data is "as is"
All data shown — spreads, commissions, drawdown rules, profit splits, leverage caps, TC Scores, payout cadence, and every other field — is gathered from public sources and firm-provided materials. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate at any moment. We provide it without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Trading conditions change. A firm can update its rules, change its broker, suspend a payout method, or close down between two of our refreshes. Always verify the values that matter to you on the firm's own site before purchasing a challenge or funded account.
The site and its data are ours
MyFxKit and its entire digital ecosystem — including all content, comparison tables, the TC Score model and its underlying scoring logic, design, graphics, typography choices, software, and branding — are the exclusive property of MyFxKit. Trademarks, logos, and proprietary elements are legally protected.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the site for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, scraping, redistribution, derivative work, commercial use, framing, or training of a model on MyFxKit's data or visual layout without explicit written permission is expressly prohibited and may be pursued under applicable copyright and database protection laws.
Specifically: the TC Score numbers, the ranked comparison table, the per-firm rule audits, and the visual treatment of those tables are protected. You may link to MyFxKit pages and quote short attributed excerpts in commentary or reviews; you may not republish the data or rebuild a competing comparison from it.
What you cannot do
Do not automate access to the site at a rate that imposes meaningful load (no continuous scrapers, no headless bots that hit every page). Do not bypass rate limits, security controls, or content gates. Do not reverse-engineer the TC Score model from outputs. Do not copy the comparison table into a competing product, paid or free, in any format. Do not embed the site in a frame or wrapper on a third-party property without prior written agreement.
These prohibitions exist because the value we offer traders depends on the integrity of the data and the originality of the presentation. We reserve the right to block, throttle, or pursue legal remedy against any party violating them.
How sponsorship is handled
The partner offer tickets shown in the hero section of the homepage are sponsored placements that we have vetted and recommend. They are visually labelled as partner offers and are distinct from the unsponsored firms in the main comparison table. Firms in the comparison table do not pay for inclusion, rank, or any aspect of their score.
If a sponsored partner also appears in the comparison table, their ranking and score there are computed by the same TC Score formula as every other firm. Sponsorship does not move their position.
We are not on the hook for trading outcomes
Prop trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. MyFxKit accepts no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from a firm halting payouts, restricting or terminating accounts, changing its terms, ceasing operations, suffering downtime, or any other action by a firm we list.
We also accept no liability for any decision a trader makes on the basis of information found here, nor for any error, omission, or out-of-date value on the site. Where local law does not permit the exclusion of certain liabilities, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months — which, since MyFxKit is free to use, will typically be zero.
We can update these terms; you can reach us
We update these terms when the site changes materially — for example when we add a new data category, change the scoring model in a way that affects rankings, or introduce a new commercial relationship. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this page are the source of truth for which terms apply to your visit.
Questions about this notice or requests for permission to use the data should be sent to the contact channel listed on the site. We try to respond within a reasonable window; we cannot guarantee a specific response time.
